Ten metres from a moving load.

CraneShield monitors the safety zone around an operating crane and raises a ticket when personnel are detected inside it.

An overhead gantry crane carrying a steel load, a painted safety radius on the floor below and one worker standing outside the line.
What it watches for

CraneShield, configured.

Safety-zone intrusion
Personnel within the configured radius — 10 m by default — of an operating crane.
Operating state
The rule applies while the crane is operating, not while it is parked.
Review before closure
A banksman or supervisor confirms whether the entry was planned.

Personnel detected within 10 m safety zone of operating crane.

Illustrative ticket. IDs, names and locations are examples, not customer data.

The boundary

CraneShield does not control the crane and does not stop it. It gives the people responsible for the lift something to act on, and keeps the record.

What happens next

The ticket is assigned to the supervisor on duty. They review the incident evidence, confirm or close it, and the record keeps the detection, the review and the follow-up together. See AlertFlow and the record.

Start with one site.

A site assessment looks at the cameras you have, the rules that matter on your floor and how the evidence would reach your auditor. Twenty minutes to find out whether it fits.
