What to ask for, and what you will get.
If you audit a site that runs GuardianEye, this is what the record contains and how it is produced.
Ask for the rule set
The configured modules per camera and zone, with their severities and the dates they were enabled. This is what the cameras were asked to watch for — and, by omission, what they were not.
Ask for the tickets
For a period, site or module: every ticket with its ID, severity, status history, assignee, location, incident evidence and closure. Including tickets closed as false detections, which show the review was real.
Ask for the escalation policy
Channels, acknowledgement windows by severity, and the roles that hold them. Then compare with the tickets: was the policy followed?

What the record will not tell you
Whether the site is compliant with a standard the product was not given. It records what happened and who decided; the judgement is yours.
